Role Overview:
The Collections - IT Core Applications role is a critical position within HERO FINCORP LIMITED,will be responsible for end-to-end ownership, enhancement and transformation of the NBFC's Collections Technology ecosystem, covering the Indus Collections Platform, FinnOne Collx (Web + Mobile App), Central Bidding Module (CBM), and all integrations with LMS/LOS and field systems.
The role requires strong functional and technical expertise, proven experience in collections system builds, and hands-on capability in identifying and implementing AI-led use cases to improve efficiency, productivity, compliance, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of NBFC collections processes.
- Hands-on experience with Dista.AI, Indus, FinnOne Collx, Collx Mobile App, and CBM.
- Experience managing high-scale field mobility platforms (15,000+ FOS, 10+ lakh receipts/month).
- Proven ability in designing and building collections systems from scratch.
- Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing AI use cases for collections.
Experience:
- 10-20 years in IT within IT/NBFC/BFSI.
- Minimum 5 years in collections or lending system ownership.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale collections mobility applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows or analytics-based interventions.
Education:
- B.Tech / B.E / MCA or equivalent.
