As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a driven and passionate Area Sales Manager (ASM) to strengthen our presence in the Tamilnadu region.

Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales for milk and milk products

- Improve distributor ROI & field force productivity

- Distributor management, incl appointment, performance monitoring & ROI tracking

- Ensuring effective market coverage and beat planning

- Monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and schemes at retail level

- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team

- Report on market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback

- Ensure on-ground execution of trade promotions

- Prepare launch plans / GTM for new markets & gap areas of existing markets

- Adoption of tech tools like DMS/SFA for real-time visibility
