We are looking for a self driven Engagement & Account Manager who can acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and deliver consistent results. The ideal candidate will have strong client engagement skills, excellent sourcing expertise, and deep knowledge of filtering and recruiting talent across SFDC, SAP, Oracle, Full Stack, and Database technologies. This role requires a long-term commitment and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective engagement.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into successful hiring strategies.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and filtering for niche and bulk requirements.
Build and maintain a strong database of candidates across technologies such as:
- Salesforce (SFDC)
- SAP
- Oracle
- Full Stack (Java, .NET, MERN, AI )
- Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases).
- Ensure timely closures and meet revenue and hiring targets.
- Track performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager/ Sourcing specialist.
- Strong client acquisition and account management skills.
- Deep expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and filtering.
- Excellent understanding of IT skill sets including SFDC, SAP, Oracle,. Full Stack,Guidware,Snowflake and Databases.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to commit for a long-term role.
