Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Pharma Manufacturing to plan, execute, and oversee projects while ensuring delivery excellence across time, cost, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, from strategy planning to execution, with a focus on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead planning, execution, control, and closure of projects while managing resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive execution of the project roadmap, managing both strategic planning and tactical activities.
- Develop and implement processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Define project standards, methodology, and quality planning processes in collaboration with project planning teams.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement, ensuring effective communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Articulate and explain designs, project constraints, and solutions to stakeholders after understanding their perspectives.
- Guide teams to provide greater value to customers, going beyond immediate deliverables.
- Ensure completion of Project Satisfaction Reports, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Team Leadership & Governance:
- Lead cross-functional teams, sensitizing them to project goals and organizational standards.
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve project objectives while adhering to processes and quality standards.
- Govern overall project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal tools, frameworks, and project governance policies.
- Process Improvement & Delivery Excellence
- Continuously evaluate project methodologies and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management in Pharma Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project quality metrics effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in implementing process improvements and quality standards in manufacturing projects.
- Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
