About this Position The Demand Planning & S&OP Manager is responsible for developing and managing midto long-term supply and demand plans, ensuring optimal service levels, inventory health, and supply chain efficiency.

The role plays a key part in S&OP/IBP processes and collaborates closely with regional and global stakeholders to support business priorities.

What Youll Do.

- Develops and reviews the long-range Supply plan (24 months to 5 years).

- Develops and reviews the mid / long-term plans for Master Prod.

- Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).

- Deployment Requirements Planning (DRP) for 6-24 months for the region.

- Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership.

- Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes.

- Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority.

- Identifies and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance.

- Provides input for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP).

- Collaborates with Operational Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply.

- Responsible for customer fill rate.

- Responsible for distribution planning from contract manufacturing location.

- Responsible for Forecast Accuracy, Bias and Customer Fill Rate.

- Minimum experience 7 years Demand Planning & Supply Planning.

- Qualifications BE + MBA.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP APO (Demand Planning & SNP).

- Solid understanding of S&OP / IBP processes.

- Experience in networking, material, and distribution planning.

- Strong analytical skills with exposure to Data Analytics & BI tools.

- Proven ability in process improvement and project management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
