Heads Up For Tails - Category Manager

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

P&L Ownership:

- Lead the complete Profit & Loss for the treats category, ensuring sustainable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.

Strategic Category Leadership:

- Define and execute the growth strategy for the treats business, including assortment planning, pricing/discounting, inventory planning and multi-channel marketing (brand and performance).

Cross-functional Project Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives by collaborating and influencing stakeholders across horizontal functions (R&D, Supply Chain, Brand Marketing) and distribution channels (D2C, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Stores, and General Trade) to ensure consistent category execution and drive P&L outcomes.

Data Analytics & Business Insights:

- Use performance analytics, consumer data, and channel metrics to evaluate ROI, identify growth opportunities, and enhance category performance.
