- Responsible for supporting the execution of social media strategies by creating and publishing engaging content across platforms.

- The role involves basic design work, coordination with content and design teams, performance tracking, and staying updated on trends It also includes assisting with influencer partnerships and managing community interactions.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do:

- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms.

- Create and publish engaging content including reels, posts, and stories.

- Design basic creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms.

- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign-specific requirements.

- Monitor and report on engagement, growth, and performance metrics.

- Stay up to date with platform trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

- Support influencer collaborations and community management.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need:

Graduation / Post-Graduation - 3-4 years of experience in social media management.

Skills and Competencies:

- Content Creation: Ability to create engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored to each platform.

- Basic Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for designing social media creatives.

- Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc ) and their features.

- Analytics: Basic knowledge of social media metrics and tools to monitor engagement and performance.

- Trend Awareness: Ability to spot and leverage social media trends for relevant content ideas.

- Collaboration: Team player with strong communication skills to work with design and content teams.
