Head - Video & Design Production Art Director

We're looking for a seasoned Head of Video & Design Production (Art Director) with a strong background in video production and visual design to lead our growing video content and visual design team. You'll be the creative captain steering Internshala's video content ship - you'll be responsible for driving the visual storytelling and narrative experience across our brand and campaigns, with a primary focus on video content for marketing, learning, and branding.

What will you do?

- Lead and manage a cross-functional creative team comprising video editors, camera operators, motion designers, scriptwriters, and project managers.

- Drive the end-to-end video production process - from concept development and storyboarding to shoot planning, editing, and final delivery.

- Regularly brainstorm and develop compelling narratives for digital campaigns, YouTube, social media, performance ads, and internal communications.

- Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring high-quality storytelling that meets business objectives.

- Stay updated on video trends, formats, and emerging technologies to bring fresh thinking and experimentation to our content strategy.

- Explore and integrate AI tools across video production and visual design-whether it's for script generation, automated editing, visual effects, or design mockups. The goal: faster turnarounds, better output, and a cutting-edge creative stack.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have:

- Creative Leader with a Killer Portfolio: 7-10 years of experience, including a senior creative role, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering standout work across digital and video platforms.

- Hands-On and Technically Sound: Proficient in video editing, design, and camera ops, with command over tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

- Strategic Storyteller: Strong conceptual thinker with experience crafting campaigns across web, social, paid, and print - balancing creativity with business goals.

- Detail-Obsessed and Deadline-Driven: Maintains high creative standards while managing multiple projects with ease.

- AI-Forward Mindset: Actively explores and integrates AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and innovation in visual design and video production.

- Location - Gurgaon, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48 (this is a full-time work-from-office role)
