Head/Vice President - Plant/Factory/P&L - Electrical Hardware Manufacturing Firm

Our client, a reputed and fast-growing Electrical Hardware Manufacturing Company, is looking for an accomplished Plant Head / Factory Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive business excellence at its Kolkata facility.

This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Director, with complete ownership of Plant Operations, Profitability, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial Relations, and Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full P&L ownership of the manufacturing unit

- End-to-end plant management Procurement to Dispatch

- Production planning, process optimization & cost control

- TPM, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma implementation

- Driving productivity, quality, safety & delivery excellence

- Managing Industrial Relations, Trade Unions & Statutory Compliance

- Leading large manufacturing teams and cross-functional operations

- Capacity enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15+ Years of hardcore experience in Plant / Factory Operations as HOD

- BE / B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical / Related Engineering Discipline

- Proven experience managing 200+ Crore manufacturing operations independently

- Strong exposure to Electrical Hardware / Electrical Components Manufacturing is must.

- Expertise in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma & Operational Excellence

- Strong leadership, people management & stakeholder management skills

- Experience handling IR matters, labour laws & unionized workforce environments
