- The Head HR - VP - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) role in Mumbai/Vadodara involves overseeing human resources strategies and operations for a global RCM support organization. As Vice President - HR (Head - India HR), you will lead ~25 member HR team and ~3,000 employees with presence across geographies, drive and support HR Strategy as well as execution across India.

Description:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Translate business priorities into a regional HR roadmap that supports growth, retention, and workforce capability.
- Act as HR Business Partner for COO as well as the India BU Leaders and advise them on people aspects.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and India leadership team on organization design, talent planning, and culture-building.
- Support global delivery excellence and partner with India business heads to drive talent strategy.
- Drive employee value proposition for attraction and retention of high performing talent
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead and enable a high-performing HR team across functions including HRBP, ER, L&D, HR Ops and, Communications.
- Drive Business Partnership, HR service delivery discipline, process excellence, and accountability across all HR operations.
Talent Acquisition (Volume + Strategic Hiring):
- Oversee high-volume & high velocity hiring to support in-time hiring, and also manage strategic hires.
- Optimize sourcing, branding, funnel analytics, and recruiter effectiveness to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Build scalable and transparent ER frameworks and ensure legal compliance across all India operations.
- Strengthen manager capability to handle sensitive employee issues and escalate effectively when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor law, POSH regulations, and labor law audits.
- Manage the effectiveness and adoption of HRIS tools used in India; drive simplification, automation, and data integrity.
- Review and update the India Employee Policies as well as processes to ensure legislative compliance and brand value.
Performance & Capability Development:
- Lead performance management cycles, manager calibration, and developmental feedback culture.
- Oversee onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development for operations teams.
Internal Communication & Engagement:
- Develop internal communication strategies that promote clarity, alignment, and connection to company values.
- Design and execute India-specific engagement programs and listening mechanisms.
- Drive Change Communication and roll-out in conjunction with the Business Leaders.
Profile:
Must-Have:
- 15+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in a senior India HR leadership role managing large delivery teams (RCM, BPO, ITES).
- Experience leading HR in a shared services or delivery center model.
- Demonstrated success leading large, distributed HR teams and managing high-volume talent operations.
- Strong grasp of Indian labor law, high-growth scaling environments, and HR digitization.
- Proven ability to use data and people analytics to influence leadership decisions and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change leadership capabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with U.S. healthcare clients or global delivery models.
- Fluency in managing cross-cultural teams and matrix reporting.
