Description:
- Our client is looking for User Growth to own and drive the lifecycle strategy focusing on deepening user engagement, improving retention across cohorts, and unlocking revenue from the existing user base. This isnt about acquisitionits about turning users into loyalists and maximizing their lifetime value.
- Youll lead efforts across lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention loops, engagement campaigns, segmentation, and personalization. The goal: build a repeatable, measurable engagement engine that compounds over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement & Retention Strategy: Own end-to-end lifecycle management, from onboarding to reactivation. Identify high-impact opportunities to improve frequency, stickiness, and user satisfaction.
- Revenue from Existing Users: Drive repeat transactions and monetization through targeted interventions across touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution: Run CRM and in-app campaigns across push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and owned channels. Own experimentation and iteration to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Build dynamic user cohorts and journeys based on behavioral and transactional data. Craft relevant, personalized experiences across the lifecycle.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, analytics, and creative to drive aligned outcomes across growth metrics.
- Retention Analytics: Set up and own retention dashboards and user health metrics. Track churn, DAU/MAU, LTV, frequency, and cohort performance.
- Own Key Metrics: Nudge frequency, churn reduction, user reactivation, ARPU, and customer payback periods.
What Were Looking For:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in CRM, or user engagement at a consumer tech brand (e.g., e-commerce,quick commerce fintech, D2C, or gaming).
- Deep understanding of retention frameworks, user behavior, and cohort-based interventions.
- Strong experience with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or equivalent.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in retention metrics, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and LTV/CAC modeling.
- Exceptional project ownershipsomeone who can think strategically, but also roll up their sleeves and execute.
- A bias for creative experimentation paired with a disciplined performance mindset.
P.S. - The role doesn't involve owning the Marketing charter.
