Job description:

We are looking at hiring a Unit Human Resources Officer for the Hospital who can manage an employee PAN India.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Managing the recruitment/ hiring process for the unit, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.

- Ensuring new hires are properly onboarded and receive necessary training for their roles.

- Responsible for employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing performance issues within the unit.

- Conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing employee development plans.

- Ensuring the unit adheres to all compliance, legal, relevant labor laws and regulations. Assisting with payroll processing and managing employee benefits within the unit.

- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.

- Analyze the current HR processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.

- Ensure alignment of HR systems with organizational policies for better employee experience.

- Responsible for other administrative tasks completing other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing employee attendance and leave requests.
