Job Description:

The mandate will oversee all treasury and cash management functions, ensuring effective financial strategies and optimal fund utilisation. This role is based in Bangalore and requires expertise in the manufacturing or retail industry.

Description:

- Manage the organisation's liquidity to ensure efficient cash flow and funding for operations.

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term treasury strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee risk management processes, including foreign exchange, interest rates, and other financial risks.

- Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure favourable terms and conditions for banking services.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury operations.

- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Lead and mentor the treasury team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

- Collaborate with other departments for effective financial planning and execution.

Profile:

- Qualified CA is a must

- 15+ years of post-qualification experience

- Proven expertise in treasury management, preferably within the manufacturing or retail industries

- Prior experience in managing cross-border & international treasury ops is a preference

- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, cash management, and risk mitigation strategies

- Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
