Role:

- Established a Balance Sheet-led financial corporate planning framework, bringing Legal Entity performance to the center of planning decisions-including Capital, Leverage, Tax, and Transfer Pricing-resulting in a more comprehensive, regulatory-aligned plan that strengthens delivery of the external commitments.

- Led the transition of the planning technology to an integrated SAP Analytics Cloud platform, unifying a complex, multi-dimensional planning landscape and aligning it with the broader financial reporting infrastructure to enhance transparency, scalability, and analytical capabilities.

- Built and implemented a new monthly Group Forecasting (Outlook) process on the SAP platform, delivering full Balance Sheet, P&L, Capital, and Leverage coverage across CIB, WRB, and the top markets, ensuring timely, holistic updates to the bank's medium-term financial outlook.

- Designed an enterprise-wide Workforce Planning and Cost Management framework, supported by a global operating model, standardized processes, and new technology.

Responsibility:

- 15+ years of relevant experience working in Banking and Financial Services, with background in Finance.

- Good experience working in FP&A, Performance Management and Planning / Forecasting environments.
