Head Total Rewards & HR Ops Location : Mumbai Job Overview : - We are seeking a highly experienced Total Rewards Specialist with 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs, as well as providing HR Operations support to the organization. - This role will report to the Head of HR. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives - Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and up-to-date with industry standards - Manage the annual performance management and merit review processes, including communication to managers and employees, data tracking and analysis, and reporting to senior leadership - Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and recognition programs that support a positive company culture - Provide HR Operations support including managing employee data, processing payroll, and managing employee files - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - Provide HR analytics to support data-driven decision making in areas such as turnover, employee engagement, and retention - Provide training to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs, HR policies and procedures, and other HR-related topics as needed - Partner with HR team members and business leaders on special projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications : - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, employment laws and regulations, and HR policies and procedures - Experience with HR Operations and HRIS systems - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - SHRM-SCP, CCP, or other relevant certifications preferred
