Job Summary: The Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization's Total Rewards strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business goals. This includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and other rewards programs. The incumbent coming in this role would be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and working with cross-functional teams to create and implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the Total Rewards agenda covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and executive rewards across India.
- Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary frameworks, annual pay cycles, and incentive programs aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, HRBPs, and Finance to support workforce planning, reward strategy, and cost optimization.
- Manage governance of benefits programs, vendor partnerships, renewals, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Drive analytics, reporting, and insights related to rewards, including pay equity, market competitiveness, and rewards effectiveness.
- Support global rewards initiatives and localization of programs in line with India market practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR, Business administration, or a related field
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in HR operations, rewards, and automation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies and programs that align with business objectives
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of HR professionals
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and other HR-related technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
