- Our client is a specialized IT services company headquartered in Mumbai, India, focuses on delivering solutions that drive cost optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance IT performance for enterprises across sectors such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecom, and retail.
- We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Sales Leader to take complete ownership of the sales function, including team leadership and P&L responsibility.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep domain understanding in cybersecurity, data management, BCP and cost optimization solutions, along with a proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders within large private enterprises.
- The role spans solution areas including IT applications, data management, security management, BCP and IT compliance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
- He/She should have 20-25 years of progressive experience in IT solution sales, with at least 7-10 years in senior leadership or strategic sales roles.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise sales, preferably within the BFSI sector, and managing large account portfolios.
