- Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead and mentor regional TA teams to ensure consistency, agility, and excellence in hiring.
- Build a strong external talent brand and future-ready talent ecosystem.
2. Senior Leadership Hiring:
- Drive senior and niche leadership hiring for global business units.
- Partner closely with CXOs, business heads, and executive leadership to anticipate and fulfill leadership talent needs.
3. Hiring Ecosystem Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring ecosystem, including ATS and digital recruitment tools.
- Ensure deep functional understanding of the ATS platform, integrations, and process linkages to drive efficiency and visibility.
- Partner with HR Technology and IT teams to enhance system capabilities.
4. Technology & Digital Enablement:
- Embed AI, automation, and digital tools into the hiring process to enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in talent acquisition and integrate relevant solutions.
5. Data-Driven Insights & Analytics:
- Drive data-based decision making across the hiring lifecycle.
- Generate actionable insights and dashboards to influence business and workforce planning decisions.
6. Stakeholder Management & Executive Presence:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on all hiring-related matters.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels.

- 12 - 14+ years of experience in being hands on leader along with a proven track record in leading hiring & strategy & teams
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital enablement, AI-based sourcing, and automation in TA.
