Role Overview:

The TA Head - Venture Capital Fund will be responsible for leading and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the fund and its portfolio companies. This role involves partnering closely with investment teams, portfolio company CEOs, and other key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and build high-performing teams. The TA Head will also be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a strong employer brand. This role directly impacts the success of the fund's investments by ensuring portfolio companies have access to top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the fund's investment strategy and portfolio company needs.

- Partner with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates across various industries and functional areas.

- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the fund and its portfolio companies.

- Oversee campus recruitment efforts to build a pipeline of future talent.

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

- Support talent management initiatives within portfolio companies, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Collaborate with the Investor Relations Head to showcase the fund's talent acquisition capabilities to potential investors.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries and functional areas.

- Strong understanding of the Venture Capital and Private Equity ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
