Role Overview:

The Senior Vice President - Talent Acquisition will lead the organisation's national hiring strategy, ensuring strong talent pipelines and effective recruitment delivery across all levels. The role focuses on modernising TA practices, strengthening employer brand visibility, and driving data-backed workforce planning in alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy aligned to organisational growth.

- Lead and mentor regional TA teams to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Drive employer branding efforts to position the organisation as a preferred workplace.

- Implement technology-enabled, data-driven recruitment processes to enhance speed and efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive sourcing plans.

- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and diversity objectives across the hiring lifecycle.

- Track, analyse, and report key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in senior talent acquisition roles within large or complex organisations.

- Strong expertise in TA strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.

- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.

- Experience leveraging recruitment technology, analytics, and digital tools.
