Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing

We are hiring on behalf of a leading client for the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Mumbai.

Experience Required: 10-15 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition within large-scale organisations, preferably in sales-driven environments. Ideal candidates will come from industries such as FMCG, FMCD, pharma, electronics, consumer goods, or other high-volume sales sectors. Prior experience in leading a team of 3 - 4 managers is essential.

Overview: Lead and scale the organisation's talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on leadership hiring, diversity, and long-term workforce planning. Drive innovation in sourcing, employer branding, and candidate experience to attract top-tier talent across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute TA strategy aligned with business goals

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive roles

- Build and mentor a high-performing TA team

- Partner with business leaders to forecast and fulfill talent needs

- Champion diversity hiring and inclusive practices

- Leverage data and technology to optimize recruitment outcomes

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in talent acquisition, with leadership hiring experience

- Proven success in scaling teams and building recruitment frameworks

- Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking

- Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and employer branding platforms

- Compensation: up to CTC 70-80 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
