Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to drive the organisations hiring strategy across business and corporate functions. The role will work closely with senior leadership and business heads to build strong talent pipelines, strengthen hiring processes, and deliver high-quality talent across levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function and manage a high-performing recruitment team.

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

- Drive mid-senior and leadership hiring, including CXO and critical business positions.

- Manage Executive Search / Headhunting mandates through internal and external channels.

- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms and specialist hiring partners.

- Own vendor empanelment, evaluation, negotiation and vendor management.

- Develop talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals and other sourcing channels.

- Improve recruitment processes, hiring turnaround time, candidate experience and quality of hire.

- Track TA metrics, recruitment costs, vendor performance and hiring effectiveness.

- Build a scalable TA strategy aligned with the organisation's growth plans.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within FMCG, Consumer, Retail or related industries.

- Proven experience in leading and developing recruitment teams.

- Strong exposure to leadership hiring, executive search and senior-level recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in vendor empanelment and vendor management.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with Business Heads and CXO-level leaders.

- A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability.
