Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - TA for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.
Post Grad/MBA in HR with 8-10 years of work exp in an FMCG origination who have worked on roles like Advocacy, Ecomms, Marketing, Transformation, Data roles etc and managing TA as a COE and operationally very strong.
The Brief KRA's
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet the unique needs of the Businesses.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to attract top-tier talent.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

- Expertise in Talent Acquisition Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Candidate Experience.
