Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for BFSI hiring across banking, insurance, NBFC and fintech.

- Drive workforce planning, leadership and bulk hiring, manage TA teams, build sourcing strategies and ensure quality, timely and cost-effective recruitment.
