About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Talent Acquisition & Growth function.
- This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving our talent strategy, building a high-performance hiring engine, and enabling organizational growth through best-in-class leadership hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is a top-tier MBA graduate with a proven track record in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Executive Search. This role requires exceptional business acumen, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our growth ambitions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM/ISB/XLRI or global equivalent) - mandatory.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience with some exposure to Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Executive Search - mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in leadership hiring and scaling high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, compensation trends, and organizational dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
