Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional TA strategy aligned with workforce plans and business goals.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a Pan India recruitment team.

- Drive full-cycle hiring for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles across markets.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, and market intelligence.

- Partner with business leaders to understand capability needs and advise on workforce planning.

- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency and best-in-class candidate experience.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and platforms.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hiring practices, and diversity objectives.

- Lead TA analytics: hiring dashboards, funnel performance, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.

- Oversee regional employer branding campaigns and campus hiring initiatives.

- Support strategic HR programs including succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership hiring.

Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in scaling hiring operations for fast-growing or multinational organizations.

- Experience leading diverse, remote, and multi-cultural recruitment teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRMs, sourcing tools, analytics platforms).

- Experience in employer branding, campus programs, and talent pipelining.
