About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Talent Acquisition who can lead with innovation, data, and technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end talent recruitment, including international hiring, and a passion for redefining traditional recruitment methods. This role calls for a visionary who can build, scale, and optimize the hiring engine to ensure the right talent is brought in quickly, efficiently, and strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the global talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across regions and functions.
- Drive innovation in recruitment by leveraging technology, automation, AI tools, and data-driven hiring techniques.
- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies across international markets.
- Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team that embodies agility, collaboration, and innovation.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, define hiring plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice globally.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to track hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, new recruitment technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong background in international hiring.
- Proven experience in tech-enabled recruiting - using AI platforms, automation tools, or data analytics to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.
- Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
