
Head - Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition on strategies to meet the legal department's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract top legal talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to talent acquisition on and employment law.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 legal HR talent acquisition on professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure that recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
