Head - Supply Chain - Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

The Head of Supply Chain (Digital Transformation) will lead digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain domain, globally. Candidate will Lead the Supply Chain Digital transformation strategy development & execution across planning, logistics, distribution & customer service towards building a best-in-class digital supply Chain.

The position is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation of the global supply chain ensuring real-time supply chain execution visibility through end-to-end connected logistics digitalization, step-changing supply chain analytics & decision augmentation capabilities, driving digital enablement for supply chain planning excellence & driving supply chain orchestration capabilities leveraging data & analytics maturity.

- Own the product roadmap for digital supply chain solutions, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital transformation strategies within complex supply chain environments.

- APICS certification is preferred.

- Strong product ownership experience.

- 18-25 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on digital transformation.

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.

- Experience with SAP APO or other advanced planning systems.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
