Role Overview:

As the Head-Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and distribution, within our chemical manufacturing facility in Bawal. You will collaborate closely with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands efficiently. This role directly impacts the company's profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while minimizing costs and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to achieve departmental goals.

- Oversee all aspects of supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize obsolescence.

- Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules to maintain a reliable supply of raw materials.

- Direct warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods to meet customer orders promptly.

- Implement and maintain robust logistics processes, optimizing transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and improve delivery times.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to supply chain operations to maintain a safe and ethical working environment.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in supply chain management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
