Head - Supply Chain

We are hiring for a strategic leadership role with a global food processing company known for producing high-quality, innovative potato-based food products and serving customers across 100+ countries. The organization is rapidly expanding its operations in India with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Position: Head - Supply Chain

This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling the supply chain ecosystem to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, agro sourcing, warehousing, logistics and S&OP.

- Develop scalable supply chain systems for a greenfield manufacturing setup.

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics including export operations.

- Drive inventory optimization, cost control and operational efficiency.

- Implement ERP systems, data analytics and demand forecasting models.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support capacity expansion and supply chain transformation.

Qualifications:

- 10-12 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles.

- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing or Agri-based industries.

- Strong exposure to plant supply chain operations, logistics and inventory management.

- Experience in greenfield projects or large capacity expansions is highly preferred.

- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
