The Company is a newly established, wholly-owned subsidiary of a leading multi-geography EPC / EPCM / Procurement & Construction / AMC Group.

The organisation has been established with a mandate to source, train, certify, and deploy construction manpower across the entire skill spectrum from unskilled and semi-skilled labour and skilled to highly specialised construction professionals including foremen, supervisors, engineers, QA/QC personnel, project managers, and Resident Construction Managers.

The Company serves the parent group's projects as its anchor client while also providing certified manpower solutions to third-party EPC and construction organisations across India and international markets.

Through state-level sourcing hubs and Training & Assessment Centres (TACs), the organisation aims to build the most credible, structured, and welfare-conscious construction workforce pipeline in the industry.

Position Summary :

The Head - Sourcing & Mobilisation will lead the end-to-end worker acquisition and mobilisation function across domestic and international operations.

The role encompasses :

- Identification and mapping of labour source districts

- Establishment and management of state sourcing hubs

- Development of District Mobilisation Officer (DMO) networks

- Community outreach and grassroots engagement

- Worker assessment, enrolment, and documentation

- Coordination of training handover processes

- International deployment readiness and compliance

- Worker welfare and retention initiatives

- This position demands a unique blend of operational discipline, community intelligence, field leadership, and execution excellence.

Travel Requirement : Approximately 60-70% travel across source districts, project sites, and international sourcing geographies.

- Primary domestic sourcing regions include: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh
