Role Objective:
To oversee and manage all administrative and security operations across multiple real estate projects, ensuring smooth site functioning, effective resource utilization, and a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration Management (Corporate & Site Level)
- Supervise overall administration for corporate offices, project sites, and regional offices.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of facilities, housekeeping, transport, and site infrastructure.
- Manage logistics, travel arrangements, canteen, guest houses, and staff accommodation for site teams.
- Oversee project-level administrative support, including manpower coordination, asset tracking, and site utilities.
- Prepare and control administrative budgets and ensure cost optimization.
- Liaise with local authorities, government departments, and service providers for statutory compliance and permissions.
2. Security & Safety Operations
- Establish and enforce security protocols across project sites, sales offices, and corporate premises.
- Supervise security personnel (in-house and outsourced) to ensure round-the-clock safety of men, material, and equipment.
- Implement access control, CCTV surveillance, visitor management, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency response drills.
- Maintain coordination with police, fire department, and local law enforcement agencies.
3. Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, empanel, and manage vendors for facility, housekeeping, and security services.
- Negotiate service agreements, ensure timely renewals, and monitor SLA adherence.
- Maintain transparent vendor documentation and billing processes.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory obligations, and labor laws.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for government clearances, security licenses, and audit reports.
- Prepare monthly MIS and dashboards on administration and security performance.

- Proven experience in managing multi-site administration and security for large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management capabilities.
- Knowledge of facility management systems, surveillance technologies, and statutory norms.
