Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading, large-scale Indian B2C manufacturing organisation.

We are seeking an experienced TA professional with expertise in Pan-India recruitment, manpower planning, employer branding, recruitment optimisation, and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead competency-based recruitment across India and all organisational levels.

- Drive manpower planning, recruitment process improvement, and cost optimisation.

- Strengthen employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

- Manage recruitment teams, hiring stakeholders, and external agencies.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements.

- Oversee background verification and compliance with recruitment SOPs.

- Coordinate on job descriptions, employee policies, training, and performance management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Strong Talent Acquisition experience in a large-scale B2C manufacturing organisation.

- Proven expertise in Pan-India hiring and recruitment strategy.

- Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, and team management.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
