We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive Cloud Business Growth across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This strategic role involves managing enterprise sales, leading a high-performing team, building CXO-level relationships, and owning the cloud revenue and profitability (P&L).
Job Title: Sales Head - Cloud.
Location: Mumbai.
Experience: 15+ Years.
Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for Cloud Services including:
- AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Cloud Migrations, Managed Services, Custom App Hosting.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery (DRaaS).
- Create and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and grow opportunities in Mass Market & Enterprise Accounts.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; set clear KPIs.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
- Track sales performance and drive profitable growth.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 15+ years of IT Sales, with extensive experience in Cloud Sales.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
- Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals.
- Experience with P&L ownership and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to engage at CXO level and across customer organizations.
- Strong judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making capability.
