
The role is for the Head of Sales HR, selected candidate will be driving the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and succession planning. He/ She will be responsible for creating workforce strategy, policies and managing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs: Complete the recruitment in a timely and a cost - effective measure
2. Set performance standards and evaluate local teams: Retention & Productivity Initiatives
3. Define on boarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
4. Help organize employer branding activities
5. Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
6. Design and implement company policies that comply with our business
7. Employee Engagement, Relations & Labour law compliance
8. Track and measure performance for Sales frontline and supervisory category
