Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales and business development across key regional markets, with focus on Facility Management division. The role requires building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and positioning the company as a preferred partner in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. This role aligns with the strategic revenue growth objectives of the Corporate Services division and operates as an individual contributor driving large-ticket B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve business targets in Facility management services

- Identify new market segments, business opportunities, and growth areas across industries (corporates, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, etc.).

Business Development

- Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, Procurement teams, and other decision-makers.

- Lead RFP/RFQ response preparation, pricing strategies, and client presentations.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & business development team to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Ensure training and upskilling of team members in solution-based selling and key account management.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Negotiate large/complex contracts, ensuring profitability and service delivery commitments.

Market & Competition Insights

- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models.

- Provide inputs to leadership on new service lines and value-added solutions.

Reporting & Governance

- Prepare regular MIS reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate (preferably MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Management).

- 7-9 years of experience in B2B sales.

- Proven track record in handling large accounts and winning multi-million contracts.

- Well versed with technology and computing skills

- Ability to work independently, collaboratively with strong influencing skills

- Good in numbers with an eye for detail

- Must be willing to travel and have knowledge of the industry segment that he/she is chosen to work for, markets, geography, etc

- Strong understanding of facility management services and outsourcing models.
