Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Head Volvo & SDLG for our client in the construction equipment industry. The role involves leading regional sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing dealer networks, and strengthening market presence for Volvo and SDLG products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage B2B sales operations for Volvo & SDLG construction equipment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and volume targets.
- Build, manage, and expand dealer and channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities across infrastructure, mining, construction, and government segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Drive key account management and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams for seamless execution.
