We are seeking a experienced Total Rewards Specialist with 8 -12 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs, as well as providing HR Operations support to the organization. This role will report to the Head of HR. Key Responsibilities: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives Lead the implementation of the HR Automation System - Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and up-to-date with industry standards - Manage the annual performance management and merit review processes, including communication to managers and employees, data tracking and analysis, and reporting to senior leadership - Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and recognition programs that support a positive company culture - Provide HR Operations support including managing employee data, payroll, and employee database - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - Provide HR analytics to support data-driven decision making in areas such as turnover, employee engagement, and retention - Provide training to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs, HR policies and procedures, and other HR-related topics as needed - Partner with HR team members and business leaders on special projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, employment laws and regulations, and HR policies and procedures - Experience with HR Operations and HRIS systems - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
