Job Description:

- The Head of Total Rewards & People Operations is a strategic HR leader responsible for designing and managing the organizations compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, while also overseeing core HR operations to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.


- This role combines strategic reward planning with operational excellence to enhance employee experience and drive organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business

objectives.

- Design and manage compensation structures, incentive programs, and executive pay

frameworks.

- Oversee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition platforms to ensure competitiveness and engagement, ensuring renewal of employee benefit policies.


- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain market alignment.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.

- Attend to internal and external audits.

People Operations:

- Lead HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration.

- Drive process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent teams to deliver seamless employee lifecycle processes.


- Implement HR technology solutions and analytics to support decision-making and operational excellence.

- Attend to internal and external audits


- Vendor management

Analytics & Reporting:

- Provide insights on compensation trends, workforce costs, and operational metrics to leadership.

- Develop dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to Compensation & Benefits

and HR Operations.

- Strong understanding of reward strategy, HR processes, and compliance frameworks.

- Expertise in HR systems and data analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
