We have an opportunity for Head of Rewards & Compensation with one of our BFSI client in India. The role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of compensation, benefits, and rewards for the employees. This role typically involves designing and implementing compensation strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Compensation Strategy and Design: Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Budget Management: Overseeing the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring its effective utilization and alignment with the company's financial goals. - Market Research and Benchmarking: Conducting market research and salary benchmarking studies to ensure that compensation and benefits are competitive and attract and retain talent. - Incentive Programs: Designing and implementing incentive programs, such as bonuses, commissions, and stock options, to motivate employees and drive performance. - Performance Management: Integrating compensation with performance management processes, ensuring that rewards are linked to individual and team performance. - Benefits Administration: Managing the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs. - Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. - Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing guidance and support. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensation, ESOPs and benefits strategies. Required Skills and Experience: - Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred. - Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in HR domain with majority of experience in managing Compensation & Benefits specifically in BFSI sector. Prior experience of having handled talent & rewards management portfolio. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in compensation and benefits software, data analysis tools, and HRIS systems. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices within the BFSI sector.
