Job Title Head - Retail Risk

Location Mumbai

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Head of Retail Risk effectively implements & manages Retail Risk for the bank as per policy and framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and Mitigate Credit Risk for Retail Assets (Personal Loan, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Home Loans, Loan Against Properties, Business Instalment Loans, Loan Against Gold, Loan Against Securities) , including:

- Operational Risk

- Products & Processes

- Key Risk Indicators

- Risk Control & Self-Assessment

- Other Key Risk Metrics

2. Review the various Audit Reports & others to identify operations risks and emerging

3. Facilitate and make key decisions on credit underwriting for retail products

4. Tracking of External events and use learning to review the internal process and initiate action for the implementation of control proactively.

5. Oversee changes in the market and perform due diligence on market control, such that fraud risks are mitigated

6. Conduct training periodically for all Operations and Support units of the bank

7. Create the collection and Recovery Framework as per the norms laid down by the regulator and monitoring.

8. Create the best-in-class Fraud Risk Management Process

9. Creating the best litigation structure for the bank for defending For the bank
