Primary Job Responsibility Design and Development: - Work closely with design engineers to translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering specifications. - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate technical challenges and propose solutions. Regulatory Compliance and Standards: - Stay up-to-date of industry regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to the product domain. - Prepare and submit necessary documentation for product approvals and certifications. Project Management: - Manage assigned NPD projects within defined timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelors degree in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering - 15+ years of experience in new product development. - Strong project management skills with a track record - Expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software).
