Head - Projects - Integrated Steel Plant

Role Purpose:

To lead and manage all Greenfield, Brownfield, Expansion, Modernization, Debottlenecking, Technology Upgrade, and Infrastructure Projects across the entire integrated steel value chain - from Raw Material Handling to Finished Products ensuring timely, cost-effective, safe, and compliant execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

20-30 years in large integrated steel plant projects.

Proven experience in:

- Greenfield Steel Plant setup

- Brownfield expansion

- SMS & Rolling Mill projects

- Captive Power & Utility projects

- Strong techno-commercial acumen.

- Exposure to SAP/ERP & Project Management tools.

- Strong leadership & negotiation skills.
