Job Title : Head of Product Engineering & Delivery

Role Overview :

We are looking for a senior technology leader with a strong mix of Product Engineering, Delivery Leadership, and Enterprise Architecture expertise. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling SaaS products while driving end-to-end delivery, execution governance, customer engagement, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive product engineering strategy aligned with business goals and roadmap.

- Architect scalable cloud-native SaaS platforms using microservices architecture.

- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering teams with strong execution focus.

- Establish Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, quality standards, and delivery governance.

- Lead platform modernization, automation, and AI/ML-driven initiatives.

- Work closely with customers, product teams, founders, and stakeholders to define scalable technology solutions.

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 18+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and Delivery Leadership.

- Proven experience handling both Product Development and Delivery Ownership roles.

- Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, Microservices, Cloud Architecture, and Distributed Systems.

- Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, DevOps practices, and engineering governance.

- Experience managing large cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred :

- Experience in product organizations or startup environments.

- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, analytics platforms, and workflow automation.

- TOGAF, PMP, CTO Program, or related certifications preferred.
