ROLE OVERVIEW: The Head of Product will own the overall product portfolio, commercial strategy, and full product P&L for healthcare offerings to corporates. This is a senior business leadership role focused on product-market fit, customer value, pricing, portfolio performance, and growth. This is not a technology or engineering role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own product vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive product-level revenue, cost management, margins, and profitability (P&L ownership).
- Define pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies with sales and finance teams.
- Lead market and customer understanding across clinicians, operators, and decision-makers.
- Own product lifecycle decisions including launches, enhancements, and portfolio optimisation.
- Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales support.
- Act as the single point of ownership for product priorities and trade-offs.
- Build and lead a high-performing product management team.
SUCCESS METRICS:
- Revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Product adoption, retention, and portfolio ROI.
- Customer satisfaction and market relevance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 10+ years in product or business leadership roles, with 3-5+ years owning product strategy and P&L.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
This role does not require hands-on technical or engineering expertise.
