About the Role

A strategic, execution-driven Head - Process Excellence & Automation to build scalable operational processes across the organization and drive operational excellence through technology, AI, and automation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong OTA/travel-tech background and experience building systems, processes, and teams from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.

This is a new leadership position, and the role will evolve with time in terms of structure.

The individual will work closely with leadership, tech, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve efficiency, scalability, collaboration, and customer experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and streamline scalable operational processes across departments.

- Drive automation, AI, and technology integration into workflows and systems.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency, turnaround times, and productivity.

- Partner with the technology and CRM teams to build smarter tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

- Create SOPs, quality control mechanisms, and operational governance frameworks.

- Improve cross-functional collaboration and reduce operational silos.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams and future leaders.

- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.

Ideal Candidate

- 10-12 years of experience in Business Operations with strong exposure in Process Excellence & Automation.

- Strong understanding of AI, automation, process optimization, and operational technology.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

- Proven experience in building and scaling operational systems

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management Skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.
