Digital Revenue & Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead the performance marketing strategy to drive room revenue, occupancy, F&B promotions, holiday packages, memberships, and ancillary sales across the network.
- Own direct digital revenue growth, optimizing cost of acquisition (CAC), ROAS, and contribution margins.
- Drive channel strategy across paid search, metasearch, social, programmatic, affiliates, and OTA partnerships to maximize direct bookings.
- Continuously optimize the booking funnel to reduce drop-offs and increase conversion rates across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to align campaigns with demand cycles, seasonality, and yield strategies.
Marketing Technology & Guest Lifecycle Automation
- Lead the evolution of the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between CMS, CRM, booking engines, loyalty platforms, and analytics systems.
- Leverage customer data platforms (CDPs) to enable segmentation, personalization, and cross-sell opportunities across properties.
- Drive personalization strategies to enhance guest engagement while improving operational efficiency. Website, CMS & Digital Experience Governance
- Govern CMS standards across properties to ensure consistent brand storytelling while enabling local customization.
- Lead SEO strategy and content optimization to enhance organic visibility in competitive travel markets.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and UX enhancements.
Online Reputation & Guest Sentiment Management
- Develop and oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategy across review platforms, social channels, and travel communities.
- Monitor guest feedback trends and sentiment analytics to inform marketing messaging and operational improvements.
- Partner with Operations and Guest Experience teams to proactively manage reputation risks and strengthen brand advocacy.
Data, Insights & Commercial Accountability
- Establish a unified performance dashboard tracking digital revenue, occupancy contribution, channel ROI, and guest acquisition metrics.
- Strengthen attribution models to measure full-funnel impact across marketing and distribution channels.
- Own digital marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI optimization to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- Identify emerging digital trends in travel and hospitality to maintain competitive advantage.
Leadership & Organizational Capability Building
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital, performance marketing, and MarTech team across corporate and property levels.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Management, Sales, IT, Brand, and Operations to deliver integrated guest journeys.
- Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
