Role Overview:

- This role is designed for a performance marketing leader who has built and scaled acquisition engines in high-growth, high-volume businesses. The ideal profile comes from e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, or fast-growing consumer tech environments where speed, experimentation, budget efficiency, and funnel optimization are critical to growth.

- The Head of Performance Marketing will lead paid growth across multiple channels, build strong attribution and measurement systems, and create a high-performance experimentation culture. Success in this role will depend on the ability to scale acquisition while maintaining strong control over CAC, ROAS, conversion efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale the global performance marketing strategy across paid acquisition channels.

- Drive user and patient acquisition across Australia, the UK, and the US.

- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, affiliates, and app growth platforms.

- Build and optimize full-funnel growth systems spanning acquisition, conversion, and retention.

- Own core business metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and payback periods.

- Lead attribution, tracking, reporting, and incrementally measurement frameworks to improve marketing efficiency.

- Run high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation programs across audiences, creative, landing pages, and funnel stages.

- Identify, test, and scale new growth channels, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team with strong analytical and execution capabilities.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition leadership.

- Proven experience in high-scale environments such as e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer internet businesses.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube.

- Strong command of Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.

- Experience in app growth marketing and multi-channel acquisition strategy.

- Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing budgets with clear ROI ownership.

- Strong understanding of funnel analytics, tracking, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.

- Experience working in fast-paced, experimentation-driven environments with strong performance accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience running multi-country or global performance marketing campaigns.

- Exposure to the Australia, UK, or US consumer markets.

- Healthcare or healthtech experience would be an advantage.

- Understanding of subscription, repeat-usage, or lifecycle-led business models.

- Strong analytical mind-set with comfort in making data-led decisions.
