Role Overview:

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our performance marketing efforts across all channels. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and optimize campaign performance. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach new customers, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, to achieve ambitious growth targets.

- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns and channels.

- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high performance.

- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to improve landing page optimization, conversion funnels, and user experience to drive higher conversion rates.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities to improve our marketing efforts.

- Oversee the development and execution of A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to improve campaign performance.

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to conversion.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving significant growth in customer acquisition and revenue.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of performance marketing specialists.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.

- A Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 6-15 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving marketing goals.
